Earth Science A (Meteorology)
This is a year-long course of Earth Science including Meteorology and Geology.
Earth Science A (Meteorology): First semester laboratory overview of Meteorology. Topics include scientific methods, role of water on Earth, weather and climate, natural resources, human impact of Earth Systems and global climate change.
Earth Science B (Geology): Second semester laboratory overview of Geology. Topics include scientific methods, energy and matter, influence of science, engineering and technology on the natural world, plate tectonics, Earth materials and systems. Global Information Systems will be practiced using lab computers to recreate images, spreadsheets, and charts.
